Who is Matt?

Matt launched his real estate career in 2021, diving headfirst into a fast-paced housing market and quickly finding his niche by helping first-time home buyers navigate the challenges of entering the market. Since then, he has successfully guided over 80 buyers and sellers through their transactions. In 2022 alone, Matt served 30 clients with over $3.5 million in sales, and by 2023, he doubled his volume to more than $7.5 million across 35 transactions.

Despite facing a cancer diagnosis in 2024, Matt continued to provide exceptional service to his clients, earning him a spot as a finalist for the Little Rock Realtors Association: Realtor of the Year. His dedication to excellence was also recognized when he won Soirée's Best Realtor and AY's Best Realtor awards in 2024. As a Lead Agent Partner for the Pixel Properties team, Matt has been instrumental in helping the team achieve Double Diamond recognition. He has also been named to the Realtors to Love list for three consecutive years and earned recognition in Haven magazine for the sale of a stunning farmhouse in Malvern.

In addition to working with home buyers and sellers, Matt collaborates closely with both local and out-of-state investors, using his sharp eye for deals to help clients grow their portfolios in the Central Arkansas market. One of his standout achievements was helping an investor increase their ROI by over 325%.
